Detroit Tigers first baseman, Miguel Cabrera, has been medically cleared to resume hitting, running, and throwing after undergoing foot and ankle surgery during the off-season. Cabrera finished last year batting an impressive .313 average with 25 home runs.  The Tigers are hopeful the former MVP will be ready to play for opening day. Team staff was baffled by news that Miggy is capable of throwing and running.
